Technical cookies and local storage

The language, consent, and guided-tour preferences are technical or functional. Your measurement choice is stored locally so it applies across pages and future visits. Local storage is not a cookie, but the same transparency rules apply.

• osiax_lang — records whether you are reading in English or Italian so the choice survives a page change. Contains the two letters "en" or "it" and nothing else. Expires after 12 months.
• osiax_consent — a local-storage preference containing "granted" or "denied". It records your cookie-banner choice and remains until you clear site data.
• osiax_home_tour_seen_v1 — a functional local-storage flag that prevents the introductory animation from restarting on every visit. It contains only the value "1".
• osiax_ads_attribution, osiax_hvac_attribution and osiax_home_attribution — only after you accept measurement, these local-storage records may contain campaign parameters, click identifiers, first/last source, device category and the booking button used. They expire after 30 days. Declining or revoking consent removes them.

Third-party measurement and embedded services

Google Ads and the ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel are not loaded before you accept measurement. If you decline, no cookieless advertising ping is sent. Embedded services may use their own necessary storage and show their own cookie controls.

• Google Ads — paid-campaign conversion measurement. The Google tag loads only after you accept.
• ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel — attributes a scheduled call to an eligible ChatGPT ad click. Its SDK loads only after you accept and may retain the OpenAI click reference.
• Calendly — the scheduling window on the interview page. Calendly uses necessary storage and presents its cookie controls to EEA visitors for optional cookies. Its choices are managed inside Calendly; see calendly.com/legal.

What we measure

We use the Google Ads tag and ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel for campaign and booking-conversion measurement. We do not sell personal data, use fingerprinting, or use the site to build advertising profiles about visitors.

Controlling cookies

You can accept or decline measurement from the banner and change the choice at any time with the Cookie settings control available on every public page. Revoking consent stops future measurement, updates any already loaded tag, and removes local campaign-attribution records. On the next page load, measurement SDKs will not load. Clearing browser site data also removes language, tour, and consent preferences. Calendly preferences are managed in its embedded control.
