The site is information, not an offer
Prices shown here are indicative starting points, stated as "from" a figure. They are not a binding offer under art. 1336 of the Italian civil code. The scope, the fee, and the timeline for any engagement are fixed only in a signed proposal, after the assessment establishes what the work actually involves.
The Architect workspace
Access is by a pass key we issue to a named client for a specific engagement. The key is personal to that client: do not share it. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been exposed, and we will rotate it. We may suspend access to protect the confidentiality of the data held in the workspace.
Automated output
The assessment blueprint is produced with the assistance of large language models and includes live web research. We review what is delivered, but automated research can be incomplete or out of date. The blueprint informs a decision; it does not replace professional, legal, or financial advice, and material assumptions in it should be verified before you commit spending.
Ownership
The Osiax name, brand, site design, and text are ours. Deliverables built for a client are governed by the contract for that engagement, which is where ownership of the delivered work is assigned.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or wilful misconduct, and nothing here limits the statutory rights of a consumer. Beyond that, and to the extent Italian law permits, our liability arising from the use of this website is limited to direct damages.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Disputes fall to the courts of Genova, except where a consumer is entitled by law to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
