Who operates this site

This website is operated by OSIAX S.R.L.. Its available identification details appear above and in the Privacy Policy.

The site is information, not an offer

Prices shown here are indicative starting points, stated as "from" a figure. They are not a binding offer under art. 1336 of the Italian civil code. The scope, the fee, and the timeline for any engagement are fixed only in a signed proposal, after the assessment establishes what the work actually involves.

The Architect workspace

Access is by a pass key we issue to a named client for a specific engagement. The key is personal to that client: do not share it. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been exposed, and we will rotate it. We may suspend access to protect the confidentiality of the data held in the workspace.

Public demos and acceptable use

Voice demos are illustrative services, not emergency, medical, dispatch, or booking systems. Do not provide real personal, health, confidential, unlawful, or third-party data. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls or rate limits, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use the service to harm another person. We may restrict a demo or access where necessary for security, law, or service integrity.

TikTok connection and publishing

If you connect a TikTok account, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to submit content for that account. Keep your OSIAX and TikTok credentials secure and disconnect the integration if you no longer want it to access the account. TikTok’s own terms and policies continue to apply to your account and content.

Video Studio lets you select a video, review or edit its caption and cover, choose available publishing settings, and send it to TikTok as a draft or a Direct Post. A Direct Post is submitted only after you expressly confirm it. While TikTok has not approved OSIAX for public Direct Posts, Direct Post is limited to the private “Only me” visibility setting. TikTok may change the permissions or features available to the integration.

A draft upload sends the selected video to your TikTok inbox for you to review, edit, and publish in TikTok; sending a draft does not publish it automatically. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the video, caption, music, and other materials, and for reviewing the final content and visibility before publication.

Automated output

The assessment blueprint is produced with the assistance of large language models and includes live web research. We review what is delivered, but automated research can be incomplete or out of date. The blueprint informs a decision; it does not replace professional, legal, or financial advice, and material assumptions in it should be verified before you commit spending.

Ownership

The Osiax name, brand, site design, and text are ours. Deliverables built for a client are governed by the contract for that engagement, which is where ownership of the delivered work is assigned.

Third-party services and availability

Calendly, WhatsApp, and other linked or embedded services are governed by their own terms and notices. We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these terms apply from the updated date shown on this page and do not retroactively replace a signed client contract.

Liability

We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or wilful misconduct, and nothing here limits the statutory rights of a consumer. Beyond that, and to the extent Italian law permits, our liability arising from the use of this website is limited to direct damages.

Governing law

Italian law applies. Disputes fall to the courts of Genova, except where a consumer is entitled by law to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
