The site is information, not an offer

The Architect workspace
Access is by a pass key we issue to a named client for a specific engagement. The key is personal to that client: do not share it. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been exposed, and we will rotate it. We may suspend access to protect the confidentiality of the data held in the workspace.
Public demos and acceptable use
Voice demos are illustrative services, not emergency, medical, dispatch, or booking systems. Do not provide real personal, health, confidential, unlawful, or third-party data. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls or rate limits, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use the service to harm another person. We may restrict a demo or access where necessary for security, law, or service integrity.
Automated output
The assessment blueprint is produced with the assistance of large language models and includes live web research. We review what is delivered, but automated research can be incomplete or out of date. Ownership
The Osiax name, brand, site design, and text are ours. Deliverables built for a client are governed by the contract for that engagement, which is where ownership of the delivered work is assigned.
Third-party services and availability
Calendly, WhatsApp, and other linked or embedded services are governed by their own terms and notices. We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these terms apply from the updated date shown on this page and do not retroactively replace a signed client contract.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or wilful misconduct, and nothing here limits the statutory rights of a consumer. Beyond that, and to the extent Italian law permits, our liability arising from the use of this website is limited to direct damages.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Disputes fall to the courts of Genova, except where a consumer is entitled by law to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
